All trainers and instructors are nationally certified and pride themselves on designing workouts/classes specific to our clients needs. Debbie Heller ,  Owner /Pro-Trainer

  • Fitness Trainer Program, certified AFAA , Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
  • Over 15 years of training experience.
  • Over 15 years aerobic class instructor specializing in  her personally designed body sculpting classes.
  • Exceptional motivator and goal oriented.
  • Designed training regiment for fitness show clients.
  • Exclusive trainer to numerous fitness show participants.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with injury rehabilitation, athletic enhancement training , fitness testing and general fitness training.
  • Participated and was awarded silver medal in 2006 Long Island fitness Show out of over 25 entrants in her division .
  • Extensive knowledge with free weights as well as cable equipment.
  • Training the body to move as a whole unit is the focus of Debbie’s training.
  • Being fit is more than just lifting weights and running on a treadmill. 
  • Debbie covers all aspects : balance, strength , self confidence , endurance , stability, agility , flexibility and to help achieve self confidence and your individual goals !
