ABS & BOOTY WITH KELLY:
This really is all about the abs and the booty !!!
This is a lower body workout class focuses on carving out your abs and lifting that booty ……
This class uses a variety of equipment to keep the class fresh ,fun & challenging…
Free weights , balls, stretch bands and whatever else kelly gets her hands on to work on your booty
Body F/X Athletic Training
Seasoned trainer, mike m. will be teaching this class. Mike is a coach &conditioning trainer with chaminade & holy trinity high schools will bring his expertise to the class room to help you as a athlete to achieve your goals in your particular sport. As a coach Mike will develop training that has been conceived to help the competitive athlete. Classes will last for 60 mins. They will include:
Speed training
Acceleration /deceleration training
Power drills
Agility drills
Flex, strenght & balance techniques
Muscular strength and endurance
Mike and Body F/X is dedicated to improving the athletes overall performance .
Mike is also available for individual athlete training(i.a.t.) based on sports specific needs.
BALANCE BALL BLASTER
If you want a strong core and a fantastic mid section give balance ball blaster a try.
The stabilzing techniques used in this class will take your abs to the next level as you tighten, lengthen and strenghthen your muscles.
BIGGEST LOSER CAMP
this is going to be a very special camp.this will be a monitored class just like the show . you will have to make a total commitment to this with the end result being the biggest loser. everyone wins …. but who will be the biggest loser at body f/x. this class will be a full cardio and weight training class with monitored results along with homework . we will make up a nutrional diet for you to follow every day and every week. it will be fun to achieve your individual goals as a team !
BIKE FITNESS
fun and outside while the weather permits … biking app. 10 miles in combination with core strength calisthenics along the bike paths of east islip’s parks.
BOOTY FIT
this is a great class for those who want to get “fit to strip” this is a fat burning dance class that will get your heart and hips pumping. the moves are developed straight from the hottes videos &dance floors and incorporated into a fat burning super fun routine . this is not your plain old aerobics class …booty fit takes it to another level.
CARDIO BOXING
This a circuit training class using heavy bags ,punching bag , skipping rope and core strengthening calisthenics and some light weights with some mit& heavy bag hitting . You will be taught correct stance and how to throw a punch as well as some defensive moves as well ….you will be able pack a punch & to kick some ass in no time.
CORE STRENTH F/X
Instructor : Mike
A muscle conditioning class. put yourself to the test. Fitting into those skinny jeans will be the reward.
Be prepared for whatever mike throws at you. The class utilzes a variety of equipment along with core calisthentics to keep the class fresh and to challenge the participants:
typical fitness tools used, free weights, stretch bands, balance balls, medicine balls, bosu balls.
Be prepared to work up some serious sweat with Debbie!! This strength training class uses hand weights to target every inch of your body and have fun too!!! If you are intimidated by the weight room this class is a fantastic intro to weight training to a great music beat !! You are encouraged to increase your weights week after week...if you consistently come to the class you will be blown away at the results .
Debbie has been doing this class for over 10 years to pack rooms..... You will not believe how strong you will become or how gorgeously defined your muscles can get !!!!!
HATHA YOGA WITH LAUREN AT BODY F/X
Hatha yoga describes any of the physical practices of yoga.
It is a slow- paced stretching class with some simple breathing excercises and seated meditation. Hatha is a good class to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga

Individual Athlete Training:
This is one on one sports specific training sessions , we develop a specific personal training regiment for your particular sport and goals. A series of reports are generated to document the progress that is being made to monitor the progress of the athlete.
We monitor:
Body composition
Resting metabolic rates, resting heart rates
Athletic goals & history
Medical history
Speed ,strength,agility and endurance evaluations
We want to be able to give the athletes at body f/x that competitive edge.

WOMANS YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING & SPEED TRAINING
this class is geared toward our sports minded youth to help them condition themselves for the sports they participate in. if you are involved in any sport ex. tennis, lacrosse, field hockey , volleyball, softball,rowing, basketball,football,skiing etc this class will help you build strength and speed & hopefully prevent injuries.it ‘s a combination of weights , bands, jumping ,running & obstacle course type training along with the emphasis on core strengthening. this class gives you that edge & confidence you will needwhen you are on the field or court.
Zumba Fitness- Zumba contains motivating music with unigue moves and combinations letting you dance away your worries.It's a fusion of latin and international music featuring aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.Zumba is incredibly fun., easy and effective class ....you will feel rejuvenated after this high energy hour.
